“The course was excellent and fun! Although ‘probioticing’, I think may not be not complicated, it does require the education that you provide. You demystified everything. It’s a vague area to a lot of us. But now I can immediately start making my own fermented food with confidence.

Bottom line – Excellent. It surprised me how much I gained from a simple wish to know how to make sauerkraut! I learned heaps in such a short time. And it was fun.
