Just had to let you know that I did a mad shop this morning then came home to cook with my sister who is interested but not quite there. i made delicious chocolate balls and banana cake and planning some beef jerky. Best of all i feel so happy that I am feeding my family and most importantly my kids great food. Thank you for the course, I will keep my eye on courses to come.
